Don’t know what their issue is today but the coffee was bitter and wasn’t pleasant to drink — only drank half. This is disappointing as I’ve had nice coffee from them before. The people who work there are always nice and don’t seem fake like other franchises. The food is nice and I like how they have ‘healthier’ options in the muffin and wrap menu.
Ask for the loyalty card and get a free muffin on your birthday. It’s linked up to their system which is handy and makes it more personal when they call you buy your fusty name :) Being plastic there is no stamp boxes so I don’t know how many I need to get a free coffee but they always let me know when a free one is available — probably the 10th one.
