I just got my wedding invitations back and they look beautiful! Whiteman Park Print Shop has been open for 25 years — crazy huh! It’s one of the few remaining trade shops from when the precinct first opened, boasting a range of different trades on offer. Ann has come on board more recently and does a wonderful job of managing the customer service side of things, and the print process. She also does a great job of displaying their gorgeous work on Instagram(you should follow them). Letterpress is obviously more expensive than normal printing as each individual letter has to be set up for your artwork, and then each letter is beautifully embossed in the card. The result is a clean, dramatic and classic piece of artwork — the unrivaled beauty of printing processes in my opinion! The business isn’t open everyday, and it’s cash only, so you’ll need to do an eft transfer — they’re old school. If you’re into design, letterpress is the only way to go for invitations.

I do like it here. Traditional press printing! You can actually watch them printing things too which is great for anyone who wants to know how it «used to be done in the olden days»!!! Did you know they also do printing for weddings etc? They have full set wedding invitations, maps, thank you cards the works! All on traditional printing machines — quality! The guy who prints there is called Phil and all you have to do is set up your artwork save it as a PDF and email him or 457430424 or . You can also purchase posters etc that have been printed on site! Some of them are very funny! Definitely worth a visit when @ Whiteman park!
