I completely agree with Wilko. I started at Fusion Gym around the same time as he did(i.e. when it opened) and was amazed with it. I really and truly wanted to go to classes as Rock is making you work hard, encourages you to push your limits but always in a nice atmosphere and always paying attention so you workout well and do not hurt yourself. Each class is a different combination of technique and exercises that you learn and then practice in workouts. Classes are only done in small groups which is so much better in my opinion. People coming quickly become regulars which shows how good the place is. After only a few weeks you will find yourself with a lot more strength, endurance, and even a better general posture in daily life(I thought so!). I was sad to leave the gym when I left Brussels!

I have trained at Fusion for just under a year now. It is an amazing box for anyone at any age with any amount of experience. Rock Chen,(owner and coach) will make you work, sweat and suffer, but he will always help you learn and understand every exercise, movement and lift. The safety and health of his athletes and their progress is what he cares about. For some, Rock’s program, which is largely based upon the Crossfit model may appear intimidating at first. Rock makes it accessible to all. During each class we work on one or two foundational movements(e.g. squats, handstands, KB swings, rope climbing), followed by a WOD. At whatever level you are, you will(and should) be dead after a WOD. But then… the results are worth it: significantly increased stamina, strength, spirit. Given that the gym is located at the heart of the EU district, you will find people from any nationality working out. Rock has built a friendly community of athletes around him, well in line with his own personality. The people that workout here are welcoming and friendly and everyone encourages and motivates each other. Attitudes are left behind outside.
