I stayed here with a friend during the World Cup last June. Our stay was 3 nights, and I don’t have any complaints about it. The location is great, very central. It was about a block or two away(5 – 7 min walk) from a shopping mall and many restaurants. There is a bus stop and many taxis in front of the shopping mall, so everything you would need is in close distance. The pousada(equivalent to an inn, or B&B) is secure, there is a locked gate to get in, and has 24 hour security. Once inside the gate, the front office is there with an employee always present. Everyone was very very friendly and it was great to meet the different people and talk with them. The building is U shaped and wraps around a yard you can relax in, with a pool. There are two floors, and our room was upstairs. We had a room with 3 beds in it, which was large enough for the 3 of us. Simple yet comfortable. As with most places in Brasil, breakfast was included with the room. Downstairs is the kitchen area and tables to eat. The breakfast buffet was really good. There were lots to choose from, and everything freshly made. The staff was actually really nice and let us cook and use the kitchen the night before, so I saw the handwritten recipe book they use to cook all the delicious food. If I ever find my way back to Natal, I would not hesitate to stay here again. I can’t think of a negative thing to say about it.
