Pasta e Vino

Goodbye my old friend. For 4 years I have been coming and bringing friends but now it is time to say good bye. The pastas no longer amaze or even satisfy. The service (never great) was always tolerated. The postres were always excellent but they have fallen on hard times and even the espresso was bad.
If you are near Cerro Concepcion I would suggest you seek another. It may be that they have been living on their reputation for the last year.

What a great find — this place is just as charming as the city itself! Who knew there would be fantastic Italian food here?!
It’s a little difficult to find, they recently moved locations, and now it’s tucked away in a small courtyard. The food and cocktails were delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic. I highly recommend eating here if you get the chance.

Delicious, great view. Truly a hidden gem in Valparaiso. My table order 2 starters and 3 mains, and we couldn’t be happier with the flavors and presentation.

Buenísimo restaurant de pastas, siempre te ofrecen un apetizer distinto junto con el pan para esperar la comida. Me encantan los gnoquis, aunque los ravioli son muy buenos y el plato también es más grande. Quizás el mejor plato es el ravioli de pato o cordero con salsa de oporto, el relleno depende de la época.

«Riquísimo y carísimo»
La gastronomia italiana en Valpo no se queda atrás, para nada, de hecho deslumbra y muestra de eso es el restaurante Pasta e vino.
Este restaurante es uno de los mas bacanes a los que he tenido la suerte de ir en cuanto comida italiana se refiere.
Un lugar con mucha onda y con una decoración moderna y cálida el escenario perfecto para una cena romántica con uno de sus decenas de vinos disponibles, su carta de influencia europea supera todas las expectativas, debes empezar con un vainilla sour para ir abriendo el apetito y continuar compartiendo una bruschetta de berenjenas, de fondo nada mejor que unos ravioles de prieta con salsa de puerro, de otro planeta.
Si aun te queda algo de hambre (y de dinero) date un gusto y prueba una degustación de sus helados artesanales.
