We tried their stand at Copenhagen Street Food. We were instantly drawn in by the large display of beautiful pizzas. It was a truly hard decision, but we only wanted 1 piece since there were so many things to try! We went with a Prosciutto and Blue Cheese piece and we did not regret it! The crumb of the dough was fantastic and the base was cooked perfectly crisp. The wonderful texture of this pizza was somewhere in between US hand tossed and Detroit style. For 40DK($ 6US) the piece was fairly good value. I’d highly suggest stopping by if you are at Copenhagen Street Food!

Tried their potato pesto pizza and was quite happy with what the quality and taste of the«pizza.» First off, American pizza has greatly skewed my perception of pizza which I had always assumed to be greasy, cheesy, and bread filled eats. Anything else i consider«flatbreads» and this store’s pizza offers a variety of different(of what i call) flatbreads with such unique toppings. Some of them had mushroom and broccoli, salami, truffled potato, etc for only 40 kr apiece. In addition, they seem to have an olive oil base or alternative sauce that they use instead of just layering cheese on. My slice had thinly sliced potatoes covered with drizzles of pesto sauce. Due to the lack of an abundance of sauce, the natural flavors of the olive oil, potatoes, and pesto blended for the perfect light but fulfilling taste. Definitely try it out!

Best Paninis I’ve tried in Copenhagen. I haven’t tried that many places but believe me, this place won’t disappoint!
