The coffee ended up being good. The service not. We checked in and paid by card for food and drink. It seemed confusing but the machine said charge approved, remove card. I asked one of the staff if all was ok, they said yes, gave me a token to wait. We waited quite awhile then checked back. They said no order had gone through yet I had my claim number. What really bothered me was not the mistake but how I was treated. I had to repurchase(hoping I was not now billed twice) and waited again. No effort to move things along. We missed our train as a result. Bad service. Good coffee.
