Be wary when taking the elevator; I was crammed in there with a family of four and one of the babies had a diaper that was long overdue for a change. But while you’re in there, try to enjoy the view. Once you actually get to the café, you’re rewarded with fresh air and great views of the city. Of course you cannot sit outside in the winter but you are welcome to go out on the balcony and take photos. After all, that’s why you’re there. Surely you didn’t come here because of the food. Not that it is awful, but for the price it is definitely not worth it. The pan-fried plaice was greasy and soggy, but well-seasoned and of course the potatoes were fine. The melted butter helped. My friend said his burger was actually quite good but would have preferred fries to little potatoes. You are definitely paying for the view! Although next time I think I will forgo the food and try Christiansborg Tower for free or just go to the Round Tower for 25 kr the next time I want a view over Copenhagen. The service was fine, and the café as well as the museum are very kid-friendly. Which may be good for you and your young family, but I don’t enjoy dining with the pitter patter of little feet or the stench of dirty diapers.

Given the location, with excellent views of the city, my expectations were lower going in. This café impressed us. We knew the prices would be a little higher for location, yet the food proved to be of good quality and portion size. They have a couple children’s items on the menu that have a good variety of items for a young child. My wife really liked the chicken salad. I went with a «French» steak, which wasn’t at all what I expected, but was tasty nonetheless. The crispy, buttery bread and egg and horseradish to top just hit the spot. Overall, reasonable prices and servings given the view. If you have young kids, you should stop by after a romp in the Post & Tele.

Brunch is okay, view on a sunny day amazing but service is really unstable. Have been there before where the service was fine, today we were invincible: we had to go look for a server to order coffee, had to move away our plates to the kitchen twice in order to have room at the small table and when we wanted another coffee we had to ask in the bar for a server. Most likely not going back there, many other places with similar level of brunch but with service.

Friendly place with a great view of the town, a good place to bring visiting friends and family. The food is all Danish specialities but they are pretty good and very reasonably priced. It does get very busy so make sure to reserve and don’t come hungry. We waited a half hour for our drinks and an hour for our food on a holiday weekend when the place was packed. That said, we were more people than expected and they went out of their way to accommodate us.
