Great concept something so different it is the kind of once in a lifetime experience fresh produce all from local or nearby farms, some from the roof top organic farm where the pop up restaurants uses the green house for it guests they even have their own chickens up there they collect rain water a dry toilet it is well thought the food is super! The wine well it disappointed me there is only natural wine which I am ok with but I like to have the choice nothing wrong with having some organic. All in all a great experience.

Picture this: A former roof-​top parking lot converted into a sustainable project where ecological farming and an extrodinary dining experience is fused together. Yes. and you are are seated in the greenhouse on a longtable with the rest of the guests and share various couses specifically selected for the season. Everything is prepaid and you get wines, cider etc. included in the price, so all you have to do is basically… sense, relax, mingle and enjoy. We need more concepts like this.

An innovative dinner where the focus is on quality not quantity. Each carefully selected vegetable was lifted from being the undervalued sidekick to a big slice of meat to be their own star of a dish. A very fulfilling evening and highly recommendable.
