We tried 4 of their pastas, and they were all very tasty. Very reasonable prices too. Located inside the main train station.

As anyone living in Copenhagen, you tend to pass this place pretty often and the location of Pasta Du Nord is pretty darn great. It looks like a great place and the prices are pretty average, considering its location. I ended up ordering a carbonara, since that is my favourite italian dish, and one that I’ve tried many many other places, including Italy. Unfortunately, the dish itself was really bland. It tasted like salt was left our entirely, but the bacon pieces in the dish were pretty tasty. The«sauce» that the spaghetti was in, was not creamy, but rather pretty fatty in the way that you can feel on your teeth. I did end up feeling pretty full after having eaten it, but I’m not really excited about coming back.

Nice pasta, though slightly under seasoned. Portion was fair and the owner/cook has a passion for food as he talked us through all his dishes and family backstory. Sadly the food is only good but not great. Still worth a stop to try

Ein sehr schönes Lokal mitten im Hauptbahnhof Kopenhagen! Das Essen ist sehr lecker und nicht teuer. Das Personal ist sehr nett, unser Dackel Theo bekam sogar Wasser zu trinken! Mange Tak!

After a bit of a mishap with trains in Sweden, we finally made it to the Copenhagen train station and were STARVING, but if you know anything about Central Europe, you know that finding vegan options can be a huge pain. I wandered around for a while, frustrated and sure my only option was to go to the COOP and buy a random assortment of snacks to fill us up, only to stumble upon this gem. The clerk at the counter was very friendly and more than happy to speak with me in English(not generally a problem in Scandinavia, but still greatly appreciated) and informed me they had recently switched to a pasta that does not use egg(yay!). They had two items on the menu marked vegetarian(crème of broccoli and crème of cabbage). I ordered one of each and they were happy to exclude cheese topping, making the entire dishes vegan. Flavor was good and they have a whole wheat pasta option as well. Portions are a bit small, but they have a hungry portion that is a mere +20DKK that is well worth it. As others have mentioned, this is mostly a takeaway spot with very limited seating, however, they do have free WIFI, so if you are able to get a spot, you can check in on your phone during your meal(and facebook, googlemaps, whatever). This place was an oasis for us in a sea of vegan unfriendly options!

A pasta joint in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Copenhagen train station … ?! Why not… It’s a very good alternative to all the other places. And finally I feel a solid spot for pasta lovers. It is not a restaurant but just a fast eat-in or take away place so people should have that in mind. Price is 69DKK for regular size, +20DKK for a big size. And 5 options on the menu. I got the«creamy spring cabbage» option and it totally satisfied my pasta mood. It was creamy, with pieces of carrots, celery and a pan fried piece of cabbage which worked really well together. Topped with grated cheese. Really delicious. Now to the let downs… Firstly there should be more than one person making the pasta dishes, so things go smoother. Secondly the constant mistakes and inability to remember orders from the guys who was standing at the cashier was not helping things at all… I felt like they should definitely work on that and perhaps hire one more person since business is doing well and it’s busy especially because of the location which is the train station and there are always people there. I had to wait for my pasta a bit too long and that was the biggest let down. I WILL be back because pasta was delicious and I would like to try other options from the menu and hopefully get a faster service and give them a higher star review. All in all a really good place for a fast pasta dish but they should have more staff if business is doing that well. I’m afraid they didn’t anticipate the popularity of a pasta joint to be that high.

This place opened a few months back and I got a half-off voucher, so I decided to check it out with my girlfriend. Both our choices(carbonara and fish cakes) were bland at best. The bread was dry, and the accompanying«Italian lemonade» was elderflower cordial with tepid water. Even with the voucher it wasn’t worth the money.
