The good: tons of pastries, friendly staff and large space. Free tap water(almost unheard of in Copenhagen). Good coffee and great hot chocolate. The bad: the croissants and pain au chocolate were really mediocre, actually worse than every other place we had gotten them from in Copenhagen(ordinary coffee shops — not fancy bakeries).

There is always something for every soul at Lagkagehuset. The prices are OK. A bit expensive for my taste. Only go there when I want to spoil myself. I LOVE their Tiramisu, which comes in a small almost diamond shaped container. Their muffins are a bit ‘nah’. Pancakes are a MUSTTRY there. The service is good, depends on how busy they are, and the weather of course.
