Just like the first Back-Factory I went into, this one has the very same, as per I assume it is a small chain. It serves sandwiches and bread-like confections along with coffee, espresso, latte, etc… these bakeries usually have one cashier and moderate paced customers looking for a cheap or quick snack. Walking toward Willy-Brandt-Platz from the Hauptbahnhof this was a place I came in just for a rest and a random snack during my trek throughout Frankfurt. Seating is limited and I think some of the current existing photos is of a different location: the one closer to the Haupbahnof. Seating is limited to four stool seats facing the window to view the pedestrians walking by and that’s it. There’s tables you stand at that are also limited. The bread I chose is stale and a bit tough. This location particularly had a unexpectedly tasty bockwurst… but I was looking for something like a fork or knife to eat but none to be fount.
