What’s this?! A new sushi place in Fürth, opened in April 2015 — and I’ve just discovered it!
This place called Do-​Ichi is a simple little Japanese place located a little away from the main train station in Fürth. The exterior gives off a nice vibe, modern plainism.
The food was very good. I had a selection of sushi consisting of 12 Hosomaki and 6 Cali-​rolls. They were nice enough to make me a custom 6 hosomakis with surimi which normally isn’t on the menu from what I saw. The prices are very tolerant! The cucumber in the Hosomaki was really fresh and had a great crunchy and juicy texture.
They offer a decent menu, and delivery when you request 20 € worth of product. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. I’m happy to have found this place!
All in all I suggest visiting the place if you want quick sushi either to go or sit down for a break. It’s worth the extra walk to get to if you’re in the area.
