Besonderheiten
We are an independent, family-led organic Italian ristorante with a rustic but yet appealing atmosphere. We cook everything fresh and from scratch, with organic products preferably from the region. Indeed we are the first Italian restaurant in Munich which has been officially certified organic. Our kitchen style stems its inspiration from the rural simplicity of Emilia Romagna, but is expanded through modern recipes and (post-)urban aspects of nutrition, veggie and vegan friendly: We want people with different ideas to sit together at one table again. Because contrast creates.
Obviously we barely get any love from Munich’s Yelp «elite» users. For people from the US or other places in the world this might seem strange, but the German offshoot of yelp enjoy staying among themselves and disparage places that do not recognize or revere them as Internet VIPs or hipsters. We treat everybody the same, no matter who you are or what you look like, as long as you enjoy homemade food, bring some patience, respectful manners and have a bit of a heart for organic farming: it’s the simple things. So we just might like to stay among ourselves, as well.

Hat 2012 eröffnet.
Mit dem Bestreben, die kulinarische Sehnsucht nach dem Herzen von Italien stillen zu wollen, und die Reise über Brenner und Po in sein weitläufiges Hinterland um einiges zu verkürzen, eröffnen wir nun, inspiriert von der Region Emilia-Romagna, unsere Hostaria im Herzen Münchens — und zwar mitten in Schwabing. Zwischen Kurfürstenplatz und Münchner Freiheit, in der beschaulichen Kaiserstraße wollen wir Euch entdecken lassen.
Wir wollen für gutes, traditionelles Essen von bester Qualität aus regionaler und biologischer Herkunft sorgen.
Einfaches und Rustikales soll sich mit post-urbanen Genuss-Überzeugungen, Nachhaltigkeit, Regionalität und bayerischer Gemütlichkeit vereinen.
