4 stars instead of 5-​because of the limited menu. They have a good wine list and it was lengthy. I had the duck and it was amazing but it came with peaches and it was a little sweet. The sirloin steak was flavorful. Came with pototoes and I was jealous.
Had a, pinot noir which was nice.
For starters we had tomatoes tartare which was delicious.

Excellent food and service!
A group of 4 of us went there for dinner. The place opened back up for dinner at 7 pm and already a group of locals were there. Before we got our appetizer the place was full. Three of us got the escargot (6) and it was delicious! The snails were hot coming out from the kitchen with spinach, garlic, and olive oil. The French bread was made earlier that day and was still warm. They were allergy conscious which was great for my sister who is allergic to tree nuts. She was able to eat the same meal as myself including the bread since it was made in house. We all got the beef burgundy which was just as tasty. It came with mashed potatoes and mushrooms. We got a bottle of wine that we split. All in all, great dinner. Best food we had so far in France. Our waitress was very kind and sympathetic to our small French vocabulary.

Le Bacchus est sans nul doute une bonne surprise dans la liste des restaurants Beaunois.
Il m’aura quand même fallu m’y reprendre à deux fois pour avoir une table, l’établissement étant petit et comportant peu de couverts, prévoyez donc un petit coup de fil pour réserver.
Tout a participé à passer une excellente soirée !
— Tout d’abord le cadre, teintes rouge et noir plutôt classes.
— La qualité du service, efficace, très sympathique sans tomber dans l’excès, le parfait équilibre pour moi.
— La carte des vins bien fournie et accessible.
— Enfin la qualité des plats !
En entrée j’ai pu goûter un carpaccio de saint Jacques parfaitement assaisonné.
Mon poisson, un dos de cabillaud était parfaitement cuit et se mariait bien avec la bisque l’accompagnant.
Enfin le dessert. On m’avait chaudement recommandé de tester leur brioche perdue glacé caramel beurre salé, et je né peux qu’approuver et le recommander à mon tour, celui-​ci étant tout simplement gourmand à souhait !
Et pendant que je suis dans recommandations, leur souris d’agneau est apparemment particulièrement délicieuse, avis aux amateurs.
L’addition elle reste tout à fait correcte, compter une trentaine d’euros le soir pour entrée, plat, dessert.

Nourriture excellente, accueil très agréable et chaleureux. Très bon rapport qualité-​prix. Je recommende chaudement.
PS: le restaurant s’appelle «Le Bacchus», depuis es nouveaux propriétaires (1 – 2 ans?)

Un petit restaurant qui a été refait récemment. Il a changé de propriétaire, et «le Bistrot de Bacchus» est devenu «Le Bacchus».
Peu de choix, mais tout est très frais et fait maison.
Une belle carte de vins.
Il s’agissait juste d’un déjeuner, mais c’était très bon.
