My wife and I are in the midst of a six-week stay in Carcassonne and have eaten at Les Délices de Tétouan twice so far. It’s not a big restaurant — I think the total seating would probably accommodate a dozen or so people — but it’s family-run and the meals we’ve had here have been quite good. We’ve had a couple tajines as well as a pastille, and while we’re not experts in Moroccan cuisine, they seem authentic and were delicious. They’ve got a nice formule for lunch but the prices aren’t that expensive a la carte, either. It’s popular with the locals, too.
