Quand on a pas le choix, parce que c’est urgent et que Copifac est fermé.
Pas aimables, pas rapide, incompétents et chers. À la limite de la malhonnêteté, facturant indûment des prestations non demandées.
Fuyez l’endroit à tout prix.
Dommage qu’on né puisse pas mettre zéro étoile.

I have to write this review in English, as I think foreigners will find it more difficult to communicate with the staff in this store.
I don’t usually give 1 star only but honestly, this place doesn’t deserve more…
This is a photocopy shop. They photocopy whatever you need. They also print business cards, fliers, and anything else you need printed.
The quality of the printing is good, the prices are a bit on the higher end. But what is most appalling about this place is the attitude of the people who own the place and who work there. My mother-​in-​law doesn’t speak french very well, and as a result she did not understand what they were telling her. They mocked her, ignored her, and she left in tears. When I went by the following day to find out what had happened, they blamed her for not understanding, and they spoke to me in french in a way that no business owner should talk to a client. I have shared this experience with friends and they all told me that they thought the people there have a really bad attitude. So be warned: they’ll get your printing/​photocopying job done, but at what price…
Sorry I didn’t take a photo of the place, but I don’t think they would have appreciated smiling for the camera ;-)
