When you’ve gone for a walk along the beach or the promenade, this is a nice enough place to stop and try some fish. Ignore the façade(which is like a tenament block from the 60s) because once you are inside the white linen and décor are very pleasant, as is the service and the welcome you’ll get if you leave your dog in the car(it was night time, so not a problem). I got the feeling they would have allowed a poodle in, or a little miniature so beloved by Parisian ladies, just not our mutt. You can make a selection from a range of set menus at different prices or you can go for the more expensive à la carte option. The food was well cooked, I had the monk fish, and hubby went for the full on Gourmand menu which included lobster and turbot. The only reason I’ve given it 4 stars is the food was too salty for our taste, it wasn’t inedible, but I prefer to add salt as once it’s in there you are stuck with it, and we both woke up in the night needing a drink of water. Other than that, it’s a good restaurant, and if you like your food salty, you’ll enjoy it.
