Listen, you are in the middle of no where. Yes, Normandy happened across the wheat field on the beach but, there isn’t anything here. Other than the museums and the rightful homage to that terrible time in history. So you probably will roll right past this place, like we did. Anyway, the service is warm and gracious and accommodating. But we weren’t told that the resturant would be closed during our stay so you have to drive to the next town over to eat a meal. But the coffee was really good. The rooms themselves are nice. Comfy. Clean. And updated. Big bathroom! Don’t expect more. It’s ultra quiet and safe so sleeping & relaxing is easy. Free parking. Pets too. Lots of outdoor seating during the tourist season. It’s close to all the Memorials that bring you here. The blow dryer worked as did the iron! And the wifi was unexpectedly good too. Super inexpensive. Like $ 65 euro a nite.
