Great spot for food after exploring the garden. Nice outdoor area with plenty of sun. Very friendly wait staff, good with English. Nothing too fancy, salads and pizzas mostly, but well done.

While in Eze, we walked past this location during the morning. After we toured the city and shops, we sat down and looked at what Unilocalers had to say about this area for lunch options. With 4.5 stars, we selected this location. It was a wonderful choice. The menu was listed on the chalk board outside and we selected a shaded table outside. With the tight walkway near the seating area, everyone walked right past your table. We started with a ham and melon plate followed by pizza and pasta. The service and the food was great. The freshness of the food was expressed in every dish. Make sure you walk in and check out the inside seating area. Very unique. If your walking past as you tour the area, you need to stop and give them a try.

What a lovely little Italian restaurant in the heart of the Medieval/historical quarter of Eze. I had the truffle ravioli, and it was pure decadence. The service was very friendly, and the ambiance was romantic and cozy. It’s in a basement medieval cavern thing with arched stone ceilings. Quite beautiful. Bathrooms: Quite lovely. A bit small, if I recall correctly, but well done and very clean.

A cute little place to gab lunch on a sunny day while in Eze. We were warmly greeted and then seated on the patio in the sunshine(there are also seats indoors) but the patio is actually the path between the buildings so it is fun to eat while watching the people walk by. Now this may be a little hard to find as all the little streets in Eze look exactly the same(at least to this traveler) but the best I can do is tell you that it is near the top of the hill, just a few steps down from the Château Eza or around the corner from Le Planet. Our server was great– suggesting we split what they called a «Mediterranean salad» but in actuality was more of a Salad Nicoise. For my entrée– I had the mushroom risotto which was fabulous and my friend had the mushroom gnocchi. And we washed it all down with a couple of glasses of house red wine which was also quite good. Between my bad French and the server’s much better English, you will have no problem navigating the menu and getting exactly what you want. The actual restaurant appears to be in the cellar of one of the buildings there. If you use the restroom– it is just inside the door to the right(not marked) but watch your head as it is carved into the actual stone of the building. And going from the sunshine into this dark space, take a minute to let your eyes adjust or you may find yourself tripping on the uneven surfaces. Lunch for two ran about $ 56e which included a starter, entrée and drinks. Know that they close around 3 so go before then or you may find yourself out of luck. A perfect space to grab a meal while in Eze!
