Beaucoup trop cher pour la taille des chambres et le standing: peu de décoration, pas d’ambiance cossue, on entend les voisins de chambre, …
Les boissons chaudes sont à 8 € !
Le restaurant est sans intérêt (mis à part les desserts), beaucoup trop cher, poisson trop cuit, vin hors de prix,…
On s’attendait à un we d’exception nous avons été très déçus !
Mis à part les extérieurs et la vue…

A tester sans modération les caramels au beurre salé.

Not far from a 5 star…
I have been at the restaurant many times, and every time I had a culinary blast… Indeed the restaurant deserves a 5 star, all the way. I have stayed in the hotel once, and this is what makes me remove one star, however it is still a great place to stay at.
The bathroom made me have second thoughts, but lets face it, I would go back over and over… Ideally go there with you’re love one or to become, because the romanticism of the place will sweep you off your feet and imprint a romantic tattoo to your spirit…
If you think all French people are rude, then do not go there because you will think you have left the country!!! The staff is exceptionally trained, kind and bends over many time to insure you have a flawless experience…
I just wish we could put half stars, and even three quarters of one, that is how close they are from it…

Parfaite harmonie
Superbe cadre. Dans une atmosphère cosy et raffinée. Cuisine pleine de saveurs, de couleurs, elle s’inspire avec bonheur des produits locaux. Assiette raffinée… Tout est la. Des choses simples mais des moments inoubliables.

Excellente table, à recommander … Né pas y aller est fauter
Le temps s’est arrêté le temps d’un diner en famille. Très bon accueil et un service d’une grande sobriété. Cuisine raffinée. Les cuissons étaient parfaites. Véritable explosion des saveurs. Le poisson une merveille. La pâtisserie de très bon niveau. Un délice pour les yeux et les papilles. Le chef maîtrise parfaitement sa cuisine et nous le prouve. Une qualité indéniable, c’est une très bonne table, vraiment. Chaque plat est préparé, on sent la pâté d’un grand chef Restaurant incontournable dans la région à recommander.

Beau relais château
Le plus de cette ferme de luxe est le SPA. Magnifique moment de détente à seulement 1h45 de Paris en voiture. La verdure est belle et l’emplacement est bon (prêt de la mer et du centre).

BRAVO. Tout est parfait, le cadre, la carte. C’est un peu cher certes, mais la cuisine est divine. Parfait en amoureux.

I must qualify this review with the caveat that this place is expensive… as in, 400E per night, 200E/​person (minimum!) per meal expensive. However, if you have the money to spend and are looking for a quiet retreat in Normandy, you can’t go wrong with Saint-​Simeon.
The staff and concierge are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and useful. Upon check-​in, we had a bottle of Calvados (apple brandy – the local spirit) awaiting us in our room. The spa has a Roman bath style indoor pool, hot tubs and sauna. The rooms are exquisite, with surround sound, large bath, wood floors, large comfortable beds, and beautiful French windows which open onto the surrounding gardens and mouth of the Seine.
Breakfast was a bit weak (bread and fruit). The real prize is the dinner tasting menu. It was a whopping 7 courses, complete with cheese cart and dessert. I had the absolute most amazing foie gras I’ve ever tasted – it brought me to my knees. The cuisine is truly extraordinary.
It’s in the beautiful Norman harbor town of Honfleur, which is just up the hill and has many shops and cafes. Be forewarned however that it’s about a 2-​hr drive to the D-​Day beaches.
I can’t give 5 stars just because it is a bit over the top expensive. We had to explain to the bartender how to make a simple gin martini, and the result was a mediocre drink that filled ¹⁄₃ of the martini glass – and cost us 15E. The absence of activities on site and things to do nearby also keep me from giving 5 stars. However, I recommend it if you can afford it, because we had one of the most memorable trips of my life.

Fantastique… Le cadre, le confort, le spa sont parfaits. L’accueil est irréprochable. Quant à la restauration et le buffet de petit déjeuner, c’est du top niveau. 3 jours dans ce paradis né sont vraiment pas suffisants !

Certes il s’agit d’un hôtel 4 étoiles relais et château avec des prix en conséquence mais c’est un endroit somptueux et magique.
Une très jolie et vaste chambre avec une grande salle de bains. un petit déjeuner fantastique. Il existe une piscine intérieure chauffée avec vue sur la baie de Honfleur, un hammam sauna et possibilités de massages variés. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se ressourcer. N’oubliez pas de passer par la roseraie: subjugation assurée
