Magic Circus Hotel

It looks like it has seen better years, lobby looks ok, but in your room, when you start paying attention, you will notice a crack in the glass of your framed artwork on top of your bedframe, a misterious white stain in the curtains, little soap marks left uncleaned on bathroom faucet, the bathroom needs upgrading.
The center circus-​like ball pit featured in the website is really small, my daughter loved it still, the bad thing is that getting used to the new time, we went to the pit at 3am and there was 1 green ball out of place (right outside the ball pit) and this Big Cleaning guy from Uganda or something came straight to my 6 year old daughter, (bypassing me) step right in front of her and holding the green ball in his hand, told her to keep the balls inside the pit, because «it is already clean» My daughter being shy already was petrified, and I noticed she was «playing» even more conservative because she was trying not to get the balls outside the already-​small pit. The damn green ball was already there, but that’s not even the point, I thought this was a kids hotel FOR KIDS. It is NOT worth the 250 € per night, if the lobby cleaning guy was cleaning the rooms maybe this would’ve been a different review. Stay elsewhere or prepare to argue with the service.

This is a great hotel to be used as a base for a visit to Disney but not a place to stay for a significant period of time. During this trip, we had two families traveling together, we got adjoining family rooms which was very convenient. The rooms were a nice size and my kids loved the bunk beds. The toiletries were also great and they give you a lot of them! However, the décor was very dated and the materials needed to be replaced VERY badly. The carpet needs to be replaced and the bed coverings were extremely worn. Plus it would have been nice to have a window that could have been opened without the threat of bugs (maybe a screen?).
The breakfast buffet was just average. The first morning we were there, it was more of a miss due to the amount of people and the time we went to the dining room. Many items were almost empty and the ones that weren’t looked like they had been out too long. The second morning, the food was spot on but we also went down to the dining area as soon as it opened. The kids enjoyed the diverse selection of food found on the buffet, which is something they weren’t used to during our travels around Europe.
The front desk staff for the most part, were very helpful. When we arrived with 5 small children and rooms that were not ready, they did everything in their power to switch us into rooms that were available so we didn’t have to worry about our luggage or the little one that needed a short nap before going to the park. The evening staff, however, were a bit rude and seemed to have no patience for my questions regarding train schedules to the airport. Also, the wifi was hit or miss and my firm belief is that if you are going to advertise having wifi, you allow easy access to wifi for your guests!
My biggest complaint would be the shuttle to the park. While it was wonderful that it was free, the difficulty actually getting the shuttle was not worth the cost of staying at a «partner hotel». The shuttle itself is not exclusive to Magic Circus so stops at least 3 other hotels prior to getting to Disney Park making it very overcrowded and almost impossible to get on. If you don’t time it just right, you will be waiting a long time for the next shuttle!
This is definitely not the 4-​star hotel their website boosts them to be. I would barely give it 3 stars!

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel as they have stated on their website. The front desk was helpful but not the friendliest. The room was a mess and the closet down was broken. When my boyfriend try to open the closet to get a coat hanger, the door almost fell off and hit him. The towels are spotted, not sure if they have been cleaned properly. The phone does not work in the room, because the phone line was cut off. The door stopper on the door has been torn off from the door. I have definitely been to a better 4 star hotel.

The front desk were very helpful the rest needs a lot of work I am writing this from there bar I have been waiting 20 min for a drink there are 15 people total in the bar and 3 servers I guess this is why France has so many problems

ich gebe jetzt gut gemeinte 4 sterne, wuerde aber lieber 3,5 vergeben! ich war letztes jahr im september dort, es ist eine gute alternative zu den teuren disney hotels die direkt am park liegen. es hat eine ganz angenehme aufmachung, ist aber vor allem (wie schon zu erwarten, wir sind ja in disney land) fuer familien mit kindern gedacht. in der lobby sind viele spieleautomaten, arcade-​aufmachung, internet zugang, ein souvenir-​shop! weswegen es auch eher laut ist, in der lobby und beim fruehstuecken konnte man sich teilweise schlecht unterhalten. mein freund und ich waren zu der zeit 19 und 21, also wir sind da nicht zimperlich aber etwas im oberen geraeusch-​pegel bereich war es schon! wir hatten ein zimmer mit doppelbett und unnoetiger weise auch ein hochbett, daran erkennt man dass die zimmer alle auf familien ausgelegt sind. ich kann nicht beurteilen ob es auch zimmer ohne hochbetten gibt, wir haetten es besser ohne gefunde, man haette somit etwas mehr gemuetlichkeit erzeugen koennen. ja es war sauber, aber nicht ausserordentlich. auch das badezimmer war okay, aber nicht besonders. schade fand ich dass die snackautomaten vor den fahrstuehlen nicht funktioniert haben. den swimmingpool haben wir nicht ausprobiert, wir fanden es roch etwas doll nach chlor dort. der shuttle service ist sehr zu empfehlen! hat uns sehr gefallen. ich wuerde es weiter empfehlen, aber es gehoert nicht zu den besten, ein vier sterne hotel ist wirklich nicht mehr: das fruehstueck war okay, gute mischung wie in vielen anderen hotels.

wir waren nun 2x im MagicCircus und es hat uns gefallen.
4* ist allerdings übertrieben. Das mag es einmal gehabt haben (war mal ein HolidayInn jetzt Vienna International) aber es reicht jetzt vielleicht für gute 3*.
Es ist um einiges günstiger, als die direkter am Park liegenden Hotels, von denen man aus ja auch zu den Parks laufen kann– das ist hier schon ein bißchen weiter. Es fahren regelmäßig Shuttlebusse, so dass man stets hin und her fahren kann!
Die Damen an der Rezeption sind durchweg freundlich, auch wenn sie manchmal nicht richtig bescheid wußten.
Die Zimmer sind recht schön. Für die Kiner gibt es ein Stockbett mit einem Vorhang, der sozusagen einen seperaten Raum schafft. Bei unserem ersten Besuch gabs es auch noch den extra Fernseher für unsere Tochter– beim 2. Mal fehlte er. Das Programm läßt aus deutscher Sicht allerdings zu wünschen übrig– da hatte ich teilweise im Dschungel schon mehr deutsche Programme ;-)
Die Sauberkeit war Ok, aber auch nicht mehr!
Das Frühstück ist für die Massenabfertigung und das internationale Publikum ausgelegt. Deutschen Standard darf man hier nicht ansetzen. Man sollte hier nicht zu spät frühstücken, denn dann ist es irre voll und es macht keinen Spaß, weil teilweise mit dem nachliefern der Speisen nicht hinterhergekommen wird.
Trotz der großen Massen ist es erstaunlich sauber und das Personal war stets freundlich.
Das Hallenbad war bei uns sauber aber kalt, sehr kalt! Einladend ist es aber nicht.
In der Bar können die Kinder recht schön spielen, so dass man sich auch einmal in Ruhe hinsetzen, etwas trinken und entspannen kann.
Wir waren gerne dort, unabhängig, dass es preislich die beste Alternative ist, wenn man ohne Auto vor Ort ist.

Das Hote gehört auch zu den Disney Hotels liegt aber nicht direkt am PArk.
Aber alle 10 min fahren Shuttelbuse.
Das Htel selber is eine sehr schöné Anlage und is im Stil eines Schlosses aufgebaut was sich überall wiederspiegelt.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, groß und sauber.
Das Frühstück is überschaubar.
Hinter dem Hotel liegt ein schöner Park wo man gut spazieren gehen kann.
Dann hat das Hotel im Untergeschoss noch ein Schwimmbad.
Mein Verlbter und ich waren nur net lange drinn.
Der Wirepool und auch das große Becken waren unsauber.
Aber im Große und Ganzen is das Hotel super.
Vor allem für Familien is es sehr schön.
Es is günstiger als die Hotls die direkt am Park liegen.
Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder hin ^^
