Dream Castle

Pros: Free parking, free shuttle bus to the parks, clean rooms, mini gym, sauna, steam room, buffet breakfast was good, and the grounds! The grounds were my favorite part of this hotel by far! Everything was very well kept and we even walked to the lake that was behind the hotel. We went in the fall so it was freezing but I’m sure it would be so perfect during the summer to walk around.
Cons: Wifi was not good, pricey, damn you disneyland for making everything expensive! Staying here really limits your options on where to eat. It’s either disneyland or eating at the hotel bar which was the better option considering the expensive dinner buffet. My boyfriend and I both had the burger and were not disappointed, it was huge! Overall we were happy with our stay but we would probably find another option that was not so pricey next time.

Great location, nice garden work, however the front desk staff are terribly slow and unorganized with many workers wondering around. Dinner service was really slow, but the food when it did finally arrive warm and tasty, also with a slow room and not guests — we couldn’t understand why food prep took so long and we had to flag someone down to leave as our waitress disappeared. The room was large, working AC, and unfortunately the bathroom had mold in various sides/​walls :-(.

Bar: nice ambiance, good selection
Dinner buffet: bad enough to make me forget all of the positives above.
The dinner runs from about 7pm to 10pm and they seem to only stock it once. There was no seafood left nor did any more appear to be forthcoming.
The meats they offered were leather-​like in flavour and in consistency. My daughter found a hair on her lamb chop.
What was left of the desserts was covered in little finger prints. They are far too easily accessible to unsupervised young children.
All this for the most ridiculous price of almost € 30 /​adult! It would not be worth going if it was free!
Avoid this by all means. If you must stay here eat in the bar.

This is unofficial Disney hotel; by default that makes it signifacantly more affordable (I’m making air qoutes with my fingers) then the Offical Disney Properties. The staff was friendly and the rooms are clean and good sized compared to European standards. This is a themed hotel — though they don’t quite pull it off. It comes across as a little tired and kitschy — like you could film a National Lampoon travel movie here. Okay for an overnight — would not recommend as a destination hotel.

Nicht Disney aber im Verbund des Parks! Groß abseits in
wundervoller Parklandschaft und großem Garten! Sauberkeit ist so eine Sachen, wir hatten den Eindruck der
Zimmerservice war auf der Flucht, Betten nicht gemacht, 1x in drei Tagen
gesaugt SEUFZ Frühstück für französische Verhältnisse Klasse, man wird
satt. Gästestruktur: Alles was sich die Preise von Disney nicht
leisten kann oder will Disney mit dem Shuttelbus knappe 10min entfernt, wenn man
dann mitkommt (Überfüllung des Busses) Großes Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe 10min mit zivilen Preisen
(Baguette o, 96EUR) Disney– Studio, Park und Village bitte ordentlich sparen^^ Die unheimliche Begegnung der anderen Art, bereits am
Empfang! Die Mitarbeiter haben Namensschilder mit Länderflaggen mit der dtsch
Flagge, habe ich mich bestens englisch unterhalten!!! (Das ist so wie die
Antwort des Hotelsstereotyp) Wir hatten per Kreditkarte 6 Wochen im Voraus bezahlt und
sie wollten für eine Kurtaxe (ja richtig gelesen (!!) 1,5oEUR am Tag pro Nase,
eine Kaution!!! Ab da war das unsere letzte Geldausgabe im Hotel! Umgang mit Beschwerden?, ich denke die wissen das man
nur auf der Durchreise ist Preise ab von gut und böse, außer bei Disney da ist es noch
teurer aber eben bei Disney! Kaffee 5EUR, Tee mit Teebeutel, Büfett 35EUR Atmosphäre beim Frühstück, Bahnhofsrestaurant mit hoher
Frequenz riesiger Laden mit kleinem Pool und teurer Wellnessabteilung
ABER dafür ist man auch nicht da!!! absolut geil, die Lobby Geldspielgeräte 2EUR ein Spiel, ein
’Paradies für Eltern’ und positiv ein Disneyshop in der Lobby! Die Zimmer sind GROß positiv Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee (inkl.) jeden Tag
frisch!!! Safe: und der Techniker kommt zeitnah bei Defekten (2x in
3Tagen) Telefon: Zimmer zu Zimmer und Weckservice TV: ein dtsch Programm, reicht für Nachrichten!!! Klimaanlage: GUT aber laut, auch wenn ausgeschaltet, man muß
sich nur vorstellen man schläft im Schlafwagen, dann geht es! Badezimmer: Rutschgefahr, der blaue Fleck ist ein Andenken,
Wasserdruck ein müder Sommerregen mit entsprechender Temperatur Die Nebensaison ist erträglich! Essen: Fresspaket in den Park mitnehmen und im angrenzendem
Einkaufszentrum sich verwöhnen lassen! ansonsten ist dies ein Ort, sich von dem Park zu erholen,
neue Ernergien zu sammeln und am nächsten Tag wieder in den Wahnsinn (Disney)
