I stayed at this hotel in September of 2014 and it was great for a standard hotel in Europe. The room was small, but that is to be expected when you stay in hotels in Europe. Hotel rooms are much smaller outside of america, get used to it americans. The room was clean. The hotel staff were kind and spoke English well. The hotel is situated in the«circle» of Paris proper, just a few miles from all the monuments and tourist attractions. What is great about this hotel is that it is a couple blocks away from the metro station. It is also in a very diverse part of Paris, which I loved. It was quiet yet thriving with life. It had its own unique charm to it, like much of the neighborhoods in Paris. There are two great cafes around the corner that I would frequent during my week stay in Paris. The food is killer and the waiters are very easy on the eyes. Whats unique is that they give you real hotel keys! Vintage keys. No card swiping here. I loved this detail, and wanted to accidentally lose my key and take it home as a souvenir. Affordable, convenient, and I would stay here again.
