Annick Goutal Parfums

It’s difficult to find Annick Goutal perfume in the US, particularly where I live in Texas. We visited Paris in December and this was a must-​visit on my list. We stumbled upon this location after touring the Orsay, and it was one of the best shopping experiences of my life. The saleslady was amazing. We spoke a mix of French and English, although — her English was perfect. She helped me find the fragrance I was looking for (Mandragore) and we sampled three others. She was careful to let me know that after smelling a few, I would have to take a break. The nose can only handle so much! She even gave my two young daughters (12 and 7) a little paper and ribbon butterfly bracelet as a gift with a spritz of perfume on each. The whole experience was perfect.
