Went for both lunch and a New Years Eve dinner while we were here since it was very close to our hotel. Food was very good — burger for lunch was very good and the steak frites for dinner along with onion soup was good. Crème brûlée for dessert was excellent. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food. And the service was excellent. Both waiters were very nice, attentive, went out of their way to be friendly to us. While I wouldn’t go out of your way for the foods I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

The food was pretty good and the prices were reasonable. The waiter was nice. We were really hungry so the food really filled us up good.

Was surprised by the negative reviews because our food and server were both great. We were promptly greeted, menu explained in detail, and suggestions made. We had a lovely dinner after an exhausting day of walking up the Tour Eiffel. No pics, too hungry, but I had French style beer and seafood, Croque Monsieur for the hubby and kids(generous portion served with salad and frites), and dessert. Good food and great seevi

This was located on the same street as our flat that we rented. It was that time of year in France where the sun doesn’t set until nearly 11 pm and it messes with your head. Thus at 10:40 at night we realized we needed some dinner! After a long day of walking we decided to just pop in here as it was on our street and very casual. We weren’t that jazzed about it to be honest, however we were pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Steak with bernaise and it was delicious as were the fries. Having come from Belgium before we got there, we were a bit snobby about frites. These were even better than any we had n Belgium and they cook theirs in beef fat! ;) My other half ordered the roast chicken with frites and loved hers as well. Both entrees came with a small side salad as well. The wines were reasonablely priced as well as the meals. In this pricey area near Eiffel, this was a great find!

Orange juice is super expensive here! 5 €! And they only fill the glass half way

Normally when I travel, I plan beforehand where I’m going to eat, what I’m going to eat, and when I’ll be going there to eat it. However, on our first morning in Paris, we could not get out of bed until noon… and when we finally made it out of the hotel, we were starving. Bistro Dupleix, located conveniently down the block from our hotel and across the street from the metro, was a good a choice as any in that moment. I was a bit worried when we walked in and the only other people inside were looking at a map of Paris, but during our meal I noticed many came in and out just to have a coffee and chat with the waitstaff. Clearly, there’s traffic from both tourists and regulars. It’s partly our fault for arriving in the afternoon and expecting breakfast, but most of their breakfast options had sold out for the day. We settled on the only breakfast special left: € 9.80 for 2 eggs, bacon, toast, coffee, and orange juice. Service was brief & concise, but not bad for a quick refuel before our whirlwind day of sight-seeing!

The service was good here and the food was reasonably priced. we ordered the mixed grill meat dish and a simple sandwich. We would come here again as it seems like a reliable consistent fare. It is right off the Dupleix stop on the 6 line.

Stumbled in while heading to the Metro going to the Musée du Louvre. Very conveniently located immediately across from the Dupleix station on the #6 line of the Paris Metro. Surprisingly the food was actually pretty tasty. Probably one of the cheaper restaurants in the area close to the Eiffel Tower.
