I have to say, I did not share other reviewers’ enthusiasm. After dining here on a Sunday night, we agreed this was our worst meal during a 4 day trip to Paris… and this was BEFORE I came down with an awful bout of food poisoning that made me miss my flight home(bad snails, I think). The place is tiny and cozy looking, and was packed. However during our meal we saw several dishes being sent back to the kitchen. Our food was bland and poorly presented(decently done scallops with soggy green beans and TGI Fridays — style scoop of mashed potatoes). The wine — we noticed — was being poured into carafes from a box. Maybe there is decent boxed wine out there, but this was not it. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Un très bon accueil, service parfait(eau sans avoir besoin de demander), cuisine simple mais très bonne(mention spéciale pour le gratin d’écrevisses)

Visiting from canada, found this place close to my hotel. From outside it is non-descript, but inside is as welcoming, warm and cosy as it gets. Food is just fabulous, the service is so friendly, prices are reasonable and the propriétaire(Christian) is a riot. Pity I’m flying back tomorrow. Highly recommended.

Tres bon accueil du patron, clientele internationale mais bien entendu aussi locale. Une dizaine d’entrées, de plats et de desserts, suffisant pour avoir le choix, d’une cuisine simple et très abordable. En plus le dijo offert a la fin.
