Hôtel Balmoral

Very conveniently placed literally 1 minute to the metro station and 3 – 4 minutes from the l’Arc de Triomphe.
Service is very friendly and helpful but the rooms are tiny and a little noisy due to road /​traffic activity. The bathroom had a tiny bath and shower attachment, but nothing to hang it from… Floors were noisy/​creaky and you could easily hear conversations in the next room.
Breakfast was pretty good and there are a number of good cafes and restaurants nearby… Grain Dorge was quiet and excellent!
An OK hotel, nothing major/​terrible to complain about, but little things did add up…

Tolle Lage, toller Service und ein super Ambiente (plüschig verspielt französisch). Das Frühstück minimalistisch und dem Preis nicht angemessen, halt typisch Paris /​Frankreich
Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, aber sehr charmant.
In 2 min zu Fuss an den Champs d’Elysée zu sein, ist halt auch sehr praktisch!

So I found the following hotel on
for under $ 220 a night. The hotel is literally a small block right behind the Arc de Triomph and is a 3 minute walk to the Metro line. There is also an Air FRance Shuttle pick up 4 min away. cross the tiny street is a little market and is surrounded by restaurants.
The hotel has an old school vintage motif and felt like the haunted mansion in Disneyland, because it felt old and dark. It wasn’t scary but it was more funny to me. The room was very spacious for a Euro hotel, and had a newly remodeled bathroom with a large bathtub. he hotel provided free wifi in the room with no limitations and had a computer to use down stairs. The only thing I did not like about the hotel is that you could hear the footsteps of the people above the room when it’s quite. Other than that I had a pleasant stay and would recommend based on the price of the location.
