A small hotel in a wonderful neighborhood… right on the edge of Rue Cler. Walk around the corner and you have an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. Mo and Vanessa are so friendly and helpful helping us plan our days and maneuver the Public Transportation which could be a little tricky since our French was extremely limited! The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. I can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous yet affordable small Parisian hotel in an excellent location. A beautiful, short(10 minute) walk to the Eiffel Tower and the river. Around the corner from Rue Cler, a charming side street with restaurants, cafes, flower shops, chocolate shops, ice cream… and short walking distance to anything else you need or want. Incredible staff who go above & beyond.

We stayed at this hotel in 2009 and I am finally coming around to review. Great neighborhood hotel, friendly staff that attends to your needs, including lively conversation, Metro Stop a 2 min walk, Eiffel Tower just minutes away, grocery stores, pastry shops, restaurants, all just steps away. It’s not the Four Seasons, it’s a quaint 5 star hotel in terms of experience. Love this place and if ever in Paris, we will stay here again.

Love this hotel! We had a triple room and had one bedroom en bas and stairs to the upper double bed. Plenty of electrical outlets, air conditioner and tv in each bedroom, spacious bathroom. Also the morning staff guy is extremely helpful and enthusiastic. He points out the best way to get to the landmarks. And the 7th Arrondisement is gorgeous as is. It’s really just a 10 min. walk to the Eiffel Tower and it’s surrounded by great cafes, choclateries, bars, etc.

We called this hotel from the U.S. when we were planning our trip to Paris. Vanessa answered the phone, and graciously helped us plan our stay in spite of us not knowing how to speak any French. When we arrived, she greeted us, and showed us around the hotel. In fact, every time we came and went, Vanessa was at the front desk, always ready with solid advice about exactly where to go. If you stay at this hotel, you’re going to deal with Vanessa, and she’s a treat. As other reviewers have already said, the location of this hotel is great. It’s in a very safe neighborhood, is only a block away from a subway station, and is very close to dozens of great shops and restaurants. Many of the major landmarks, such as the Eiffel Tower, are within walking distance, too. We had no problems with our room. It was a little bit tight for 4 people, but it was very clean, bright, quiet, and comfortable.

September 2012(24 hours in Paris) We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is walking distance to the Rodin Museum, Champ-de-Mars, the Eiffel Tower, Invalides, the Louvre, Trocadero, etc. The very cool Rue Cler street(pedestrian market) is located around the corner.(restaurants, fruit/vegetable stands, cafes, bakeries). You can walk across the street to a convenience store to purchase tickets for the bus if you choose to do so(bus pick-up is a few blocks down the street). The Metro stop is a few minutes away.(line 8 that connects to metro line 1). Down the street is a Carrefour market where you can buy bottled water and snacks. The staff is excellent ! Our front desk associate/concierge(Vanessa) was awesome/super friendly/professional/extremely helpful !!! We were only able to speak a few words in French and Vanessa was very patient. She happen to speak fluent English. The hotel room is small by American standards but typical of many European hotels.(kind of reminds me of the Cosmopolitan Hotel in TriBeCa, NYC as far as size). The room was quaint. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked great(though, we turned it off, we didn’t need it). We had a strong Wi-Fi signal(free). My only complaint was the shower/bathtub. It had a ½ door that does not cover the entire length of the tub. So, while taking a shower, water gets splashed onto the floor.(our hotel room in London had the same type of half door thingy… what is up with that?) The Eiffel Tower is about a 12 to 15 minute walk from the hotel. Close enough to walk but far enough away so you are not overwhelmed by tourists. The neighborhoods felt safe. We really enjoyed eating and people watching on Rue Cler street. We would recommend this hotel. We especially liked the staff and the location.(was perfect for our must cram a lot of things in 24 hour stay).
