Hotel Eiffel Trocadéro

Close to the Tour Eiffel, but away from the hullaballoo. Good selection of restaurants that serve tourists (Place du Trocadero) or non-​tourists (Rue de Passy). Good breakfast too. Quiet.

Hotel Eiffel Trocadero is a true little jewel right by Trocadero metro station. Located on a hill, less than a block from the metro exit, this tiny little hotel has beautiful and clean rooms and — from the fifth floor at least — a nice view of the Eiffel Tower from the rooms facing east.
When we arrived to check in, they were a little late with the cleaning and wondered if we wanted a coffee while we waited to get our room. A little strange to later find out that they were charging us for that coffee (…) but that was the only mistake they did.
Since we got room 51 where you could watch the Eiffel Tower both from the bedroom and the bathroom (bathtub) we were very happy with our stay.
We did not have breakfast at the hotel and did not try their tiny bar or restaurant either. Could be good, but it’s more fun to try something in the quarter.
A must: Bring running shoes and take 30 min to run down to the Eiffel Tower in the morning or evening. Right next to the tower there’s a big park where you can run further.
Over all: Great stay!
