Beware of the staircase from hell. I’d give it two stars because one of the front desk workers was helpful but the rest aren’t, one even kept questioning me if I was actually staying at the hotel. You only get soap and towels that’s go with the room. I saw housekeeping but the cleanliness of the hotel was questionable. Seriously, I want to know how it’s legal to have that staircase and no elevator for the sick and elderly?

Yeah I definitely would not recommended this hotel at all. My mom got tore up by bed bugs, you have to take the stairs(inconvenient for people with disabilities) and very small rooms. The neighborhood was not the best, but that’s what you get for the price you pay. Conveniently located next to the train station for a trip to Reims or Epernay(better experience than Paris)

We were on the 6th floor. No elevator. 108 steps. It’s not fun before OR after a day of sightseeing. The cleanness of the linens was questionable. We returned one night around 10pm only to find the front door locked and no reception guy in sight. Knocked/rang the bell for about 10 minutes straight. Once the guy finally answered the door, no apology was offered. There was a drawing of a penis on the wall.

Only for the super-fit. The elderly, the asthmatic, or anyone with a large suitcase need not apply. There’s no elevator and only a narrow spiral staircase to infinity and beyond:(
