Hôtel Jeanne d’Arc

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice and spacious and the décor was relaxing. Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!

I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Paris. I go twice a year to Paris for business (I’m a painter) and think people who rent apartments there are crazy. Here is a sweet affordable little hotel, in a perfect location (the Marais, two blocks from Place des Vosges), with a wonderful helpful staff. Why plan to cook in an apartment when Stephan can make restaurant suggestions and reservations for you? The rooms have television and free wifi and private baths – there’s an elevator and a nice breakfast room that they encourage guests to picnic in for the rest of the day. You are in the charming Marais, steps from the Seine and the odd little antique shops of Village St Paul. There are world class cheeses (fromager Pascal Trotte on rue St. Antoine) and a Monoprix for the facecloth I often forget (well, the French use little terry mitts) and the hotel doesn’t provide. You can get lost in the grocery store downstairs in Monoprix, and they have wonderful wines. The 69 bus near the hotel goes to the Louvre and Musee d’Orsay, through the Latin Quarter and ends at Montparnasse.
Now to American comfort standards. The hotel is not air-​conditioned, but they will provide fans. I go in the spring and the winter, and avoid the issue; but if you need AC, this is not the hotel for you. The same is true of all (most?) 3-​star Paris hotels.
I travel with friends, and we make the hotel reservations before anything else because Hotel Jeanne d’Arc is quite small, about 35 rooms, and we all have favorites. On the rare occasion they have to put someone on a waiting list, a room has always materialized, but maybe we have been just lucky.
I hope nothing ever changes at this hotel.

Excellent pour sejourner
Emplacement idéal en plein Marais et dans une rue calme, tout prés des commerces et restos, cafés, alimentation, station St Paul… L’hôtel est confortable, gardé jour et nuit, le personnel est adorable… une mention pour Virginie que nous avions eu en ligne par téléphone avant de venir et qui s’est démener pour nous donner satisfaction… Notre chambre etait assez vaste avec une salle de bain bien équipée, trés propre. Trés bonne adresse, les parisiens venus nous rendre visite ou nous raccompagner l’on noté…

L’hôtel Jeanne d’Arc est un hôtel plein de charme, au coeur du Marais (rue de Turenne, Place des Vosges, Saint-​Paul). C’est une chose rare de trouver à Paris un hôtel aussi chaleureux, avec une âme aussi belle que celle de l’équipe qui nous fait nous sentir comme chez nous… Et à des prix abordables! De plus, il vient d’être totalement rénové, mais il garde toute son âme, je vous rassure.

L’hotel propose 36 chambres, doubles et quadruples.
Le décor: murales, tableaux et autres décorations originales. Il est conseillé de réserver longtemps à l’avance afin de profiter pleinement du lieu.
Toutes les chambres sont refaites, mais certaines sont déjà un peu abîmées.
La déco est raffinée et l’hôtel a beaucop de charme.
Il faut compter de 80 à 95EUR pour une chambre double.

Excellent rapport qualité prix
Prix très raisonnables. Préférez les chambres rénovées et colorées car les autres sont trop classiques. Bön confort et petit déjeuner à 5,8 euros hyper copieux.

Très très bien
Cet hôtel situé sur la place des Voges est charmant dans un décor romantique. Parfait pour les petits week-​ends à Paris en amoureux. En plus, les prix pratiqués sont très corrects: la chambre double 65 euros…

A grand hotel
Brilliant location in buzzy Marais — near all the shops and bars, but tucked down a quiet side street, near the lovely Place Ste Catherine, so it never gets too noisy. Service is friendly and unobtrusive, rooms are clean and bright and décor is kooky (check out the mirror in reception). Perfect for a weekend break with friends as there are rooms that sleep four costing about £22 each! A real find.
