Awesome location, super-friendly staff, and great rooms/facilities. Special shoutout to Pierre, the best bellhop on that side of the Atlantic

This place is amazing. The moment you walk in, the staff is super friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they upgraded us for free to a better room. We were welcomed with complimentary campaign and fruits as well when we got into our room. The best part is their breakfast, although a little pricey, it’s well worth it. We ate there two consecutive days because it was so good. At the end of our trip in Paris, this hotel was definitely worth the money, and I’d recommend it to anyone who plans on visiting.

Great hotel. Small rooms with little space but the very nicely decorated and the staff are extremely helpful. Trust me if this is your first trip to Paris good customer service is RARE to find. Good food in the hotel as well. Great location right off Rue Rivoli, walking distance to almost everything.

2 stars because in a very good location. they don’t have to provide breakfast so that’s nice, but breakfast is not good, you would only go once to try it. price they say on confirmation will be a little different from what they will charge– of course always to their advantage. internet not a very expensive option to add, but does not work well.

Small but perfectly formed… This 16-room hotel situated between Rue de Rivoli and Rue Saint-Honore in Paris’ old 1er arrondissement is a delight. Clean and simple, it scores highly over its modern counterparts by retaining a significant amount of old-Paris charm, not least of which is the teeny, charming, bookcase-sized elevator that runs between the hotels’ 4 floors. We stayed here for 2 nights and the various reception and room staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful. If you’re looking for a cosy little pied-à-terre while you check out the classic areas of Paris, and cannot be bothered with the self-important swagger of the Rive Gauche crew, then this hotel is a great spot to put down some roots for a weekend.
