The hotel staff was very friendly…
The rooms were ok, they were clean, and we were happy with that… don’t remember anything remarkable though… The hotel was right by the Clichy Port. Being that I’d never been to Paris, I didn’t know that the hotel was in the buttfuck of nowhere! Next time we’ll stay in Bercy… There was a cool lounge/​bar area where you can loiter while planning your day…

The hotel lobby was nice. It made the place look promising. The elevators weren’t too small, which was a plus. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a view of the lovely freeway…
This place is okay… It’s decent, pretty standard (by the way, the blow dryer looks like a vacuum cleaner and doesn’t work). There’s nothing really special about this place for me to mention. Well… there’s that small restaurant on the first floor, next to the lobby that has an okay breakfast selection — buffet style.

Their customer service is great. We were exposed to have a bus take us to the train station and it never came. They were able to quickly get us some taxis for our group and we all made to the train station.
The rooms are ok as well, the Internet they have though is quite expensive.
