The Prince de Conde is wonderfully located at Rue de Seine and Rue Visconti in the 6th, right at the heart of the art galleries and between the Seine and the San Germain Blvd. The rooms here small, but stil larger than most in Paris. The hotel has only six floors, with two rooms on each floor with the exception of the top floor (the 6th), which is their largest room, which is great if you are spending a longtime in Paris or if you are traveling as a family. Make sure, if you are staying there in summer, that the air conditioning works. If not, the room will be hell. If it does work, the hotel is wonderful. We have been staying here on an off for a decade.
