From the start, this has been a perfect Parisian hotel experience. I’ll tell you now, the only reason I chose 4 star instead of 5 is because it’s a rather small hotel — however I suppose this size is typical of Paris. The service has been 5 star and the location cannot be beat. We are central to St. Germain — which gives you the local, «I’m freaking from Paris» attitude, but in addition you’re within walking distance to major tourist attractions and just 1 block from the metro — so that puts you super close to the ones you can’t walk to. In addition, the metro line that is near the hotel is one of the nicer lines. The staff at the hotel is very attentive and pleasant. They are so friendly and speak several languages. I happen to speak some French, but if I didn’t I could easily get around — as they speak English far better than I speak French. They are happy to make dinner reservations and were particularly attentive when the airline lost my luggage. When we come back to Paris, I will plan to stay here. Only if I could spend $ 500 per night would I chose somewhere else, and even then, I’m not sure it would be worth it because I love this neighborhood so much.

I’ve been to Paris multiple time and this was my favorite hotel so far! The location was amazing, close to multiple cute shops with everything from chocolate shops to butchers. There is a ton of shopping very close by. Close to the louvre, musee D’orsey and the metro. The daily breakfast was nice, croissants, bread, cheese and then they walk around and offer drinks like cappuccino and hot chocolate. The staff was always so, so friendly and helpful and they all spoke beautiful English and allowed me to practice my horrible french without making fun of me.

This is a very nice small hotel to stay while in Paris. The area of St. Germain is lovely with lots of shops and cafés. Downside the elevator is very small, two people with bags and that’s it. Can’t be claustrophobic to ride this. Good news only 5 floors in the hotel so it’s not a real problem. Recently renovated the rooms were clean and some have balconies with a view of street. Complimentary continental breakfast in the morning was great. Staff very nice and accommodating. Free wifi.

The worst customer services ever. Especially Virginie, the hotel manager, who is completely fake and will tell you she is there for you but then gets nothing done. There are much better deals, locations and rates. Also, the hotel’s booking agent(the website through which you book) is not the hotel’s. It is outsourced — and there is NO way of contacting them if you have any billing issues.

A quaint and charming hotel in the middle of Rue du Bac. We love the shops, cafes and brasseries close by. If you walk even farther down towards Sevres. La Grande Epicerie(Gourmet grocery at Le Bön Marche) is right there. Our room is on the 2nd floor facing the street. The thick pane window blocks some noise. but if Trucks(les camiones) or ambulances pass by, you can hear them somewhat. So far it hasn’t really bothered us. Front desk staff is accommodating, friendly and professional. Why not 5 *? There were about 6 hair strands on the bed sheet and comforter upon inspection as soon as we first entered our room(we always inspect that in every hotel room we go to). It sort of bothered us but we just picked it off and tried cleaning it off as much as we can. We decided to sleep on top of the comforter. Besides that, the WiFi is fast and reliable. Free Continental Breakfast is provided which we really did enjoy. I wanted to take home their nespresso machine. Check-out is 12 noon. You can leave your luggage at the front desk if your flight leaves later. Hopefully, no hair strands next time.

A good small hotel on the left back in an awesome neighborhood. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the bathrooms are clean, attractive(with marble and modern fixtures). The hotel does not have a lot of services for the business type, but if you can do with free wifi and a modest breakfast each morning then you’ll find this hotel very comfortable and ideally situated. Their prices reflect the neighborhood and are reasonable this type of accommodation in Paris. The staff are pleasant, helpful and efficient.
