I used to go to this wine store religiously, as the staff was friendly and helpful and the wines were reasonably priced and delicious. I noticed on this trip that the prices were higher than last year. As normal, I asked for recommendations based on specific preferences of mine and bought 3 bottles of wine. Even though pricier, if they were delicious it was worth it, I am in Paris after all right?
The white was delicious, the first red was mediocre and the second red was corked.
We took it back and they exchanged it for us — nice. But when we opened it, it smells terrible and had an off taste, similar to the original bottle. This time when we took it back, with less than ½ a glass missing, they refused to exchange or substitute it. One comment made was that the wine was not his style but it was still good. Hmm, not my style either but they would not stand by either their suggestion to us or the bad taste of the wine.
For this reason, I will not go back and will not suggest this place to others. There are too many other wonderful wine stores in Paris

Petite cave à vins fort sympathique dans laquelle nous sommes très agréablement accueillies.
Et puis, quel bonheur de la trouver ouverte à 19h un dimanche soir, quand «oh malheur!», il vous manqué de quoi accompagner le petit repas mijoter pour le soir même.
Vous y trouverez forcément votre bonheur, même si leur boutique est spécialisée dans la vente de vins de Bergerac: que ce soit au niveau du prix ou de la provenance des vins!
Il me semble même avoir aperçu quelques bons whiskys !
