This place was SOOOOO good. OMG. Everything from the fish to the beef to the appetizers. Very home grown atmosphere, friendly staff, tight quarters and excellent service. I cant wait to go back and try it again. It was as if you were having dinner at a friends house and they are one of the books in town. My boyfriend had the salmon and vegetables and I had duck. I sincerely loved both dishes(his slightly more).

Filled with locals, maybe a tourist sitting nearby if you’re unlucky. You can smell the wonderful French cuisine. Warm and refined where you’d feel that you hit the French bistro jackpot. NOTE: There’s a vaulted room of 25 seats for events. FOOD ===== **PRIXFIXEMENU for 2ITEMS** ASSIETEEFOIEGRASETCHUTNEYFIGUES Rich and creamy. Lovely with the provided bread. RATING: 5⁄5 ESCARGOTSSURPAINDECAMPAGNE Good, but not great. I prefer them in a ceramic holder loaded with garlic and butter and not on toast. RATING: 3⁄5 BOEUFBOURGUIGNON A bit too salty and the beef could have been more tender. Otherwise, a solid dish. RATING: 3.5÷5 Next time, I’ll order the lamb with thyme or the steak with apples. Or I should double up on that foie gras. SERVICE ======= Fast and efficient. Friendly and purposeful. OVERALL ======== Great first French dinner on our trip for us. Set the bar for others to beat. Visiting Paris over the weekend there were a few things I needed to do: 1) Give a whistle stop tour of my childhood city… 2) Go to the party which we’d gone to Paris for… 3) Eat as much great French food as I could stick in my mouth… So donning my challenge Anneka persona we went in search of a great restaurant… and by luck we found it whilst wandering down from the artists quarter. It was a balmy summers evening so we took a lovely outdoor seat, where we enjoyed a fantastic, well made and fresh meal. We started with the Goats tart, which was shared, then steak(blue with pepper sauce) and salad. This was washed down with a fantastic red, with a coffee and desert… and all for under the equivalent of £40 — not bad for the two of us. The waiter was very patient with my pygmy French and helped us with our food choices, and the steak was cooked perfectly, exactly as I wanted it. A thoroughly enjoyable meal, in a beautiful location, and worth going off the beaten track for.

Ahhh la bonne adresse de la butte !! Le patron des lieux est connu des Montmartrois depuis longtemps, il nous régalait déjà rue des trois frères avant de passer la main et de créer ce nouvel établissement !! Au top !! Bön vins, bon plats, service agréable, cadre sympa, au calme et loin de l’agitation touristique ! C’est toujours un grand plaisir de revenir dans ce lieu :) J’adore !

It is a small restaurant with a very nice atmosphere. The waiter/owner are the one greeting you welcome. In the back of the restaurant, the chef is producing some of the best food I have ever tasted. The menus consists roughly of 8 entrees, 8 main courses, and 8 desserts. Most of them classic French dishes but also new modern dishes such as a soft boiled egg infused with Foie gras. Service and food is EXCELLENT! Top of the moon. This is indeed a hidden treasure…
