I loved this place. Ate here twice– breakfast and lunch and once grabbed a croissant and hot chocolate to go. It is right across the street from the entrance to St Chappelle. Locals come in and shake hands with the owner and kiss the waitress! They were polite about us speaking only English. The quiche we had for lunch was light and fluffy. The salad fresh. Croissants were good, and hot chocolate was excellent. Service was superb. I would highly recommend stopping here for breakfast or lunch.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Saw a concert across the street and needed food fast, so we ended up here. Because of food allergies I ordered a pasta dish. I only had a couple bites because it tasted like it had been microwaved. Some pieces of pasta were warm on one end and freezing cold on the other. When the waitress finally noticed us again 20 minutes later I told her the dish had arrive cold and she offered to reheat it, but I declined, explaining that I wasn’t hungry anymore. She still charged us, even though I had barely eaten any of it. Not sure how this place is staying in business.

Awful food, bad service. Ordered a crêpe with Nutella and it was a soggy, microwaved crêpe with about two tablespoons of Nutella on top– NO Nutella IN the crêpe. What kind of place does that?! Crêpe was very bland and dry. Also ordered a sandwich which was bland. Overall would never go back and I was honestly so frustrated that they would even serve food that was such poor quality in a city that prides itself on lovely cuisine. The other tables around us were equally disappointed with the food. Server was rude in multiple interactions. Even if you’re very hungry, save yourself and walk a few blocks away and get something even moderately worth paying for. Be warned!

Worst place I’ve eaten in Paris, by far. Stopped in because we were starving and were short on options. Service was condescending and rude. Food was extremely lazy, over cooked, and over priced. Crêpe should have been served to a dog, I honestly don’t think the crêpe prep or presentation could have been any lazier. Pretty sure they warmed it up in a microwave, and the nutella was just a cold spoonful plopped on top. Croque Monsieur was burnt on the edges and had a single slice of deli meat in the middle. I wish I had stayed outside in the rain and shared a bean with the two hobos. At least they were smiling.

The nutella crêpe was just a plain crêpe with a small amount of nutella placed on top instead of spread inside, one of them was partially burnt, and we never received the water we ordered.

Crêpe with jam was fine. Cappuccino was good. Affordable price. Casual atmosphere. Free wifi with no password protected. I escaped those smokers and sat inside. Would love to sit outside and people watching, but smokers were just unbearable. I wish they would ban smoking at cafes/restaurants.

Nice guys, good service. Food is really subpar. Bread they use for tartine and croquet is commercial and bland, truly an affront to the French culture. Worse still: the questionable salmon gave one member of my party food poisoning. Espresso was good. This is a place that had no interest in elevating itself above the most mediocre tourist fare. Ok for a pleasant coffee. Avoid the food.

Hmmm. I don’t see the 4 ½ stars but ok. The place was nice. I didn’t speak French but we tried our best. The server was nice and gave us a table inside. The place was decently clean. We ordered a crêpe with Nutella and two Macciattos. Both we tasty. The crepes come two on a plate. One is plenty. I wouldn’t go out of my way for this place but if you are in the area prior to a visit to the courts or Notre Dame then give it a spell.

Much better than my expectations. I only picked it because I was starving. It’s right across from Sainte Chapelle. It was delicious. I wish I could come back more often.
