Le Bouquet

The food was really good and the only place so far in Paris where we have been greeted for deciding to have dinner there.
We order the steak and frites, the Norwegian salad, the Croque Monsieur and the Mojito Cocktails with passion fruit.
Not fancy not fast food place neither. Just good like home made food.

Le Bouquet ist während unserem 7-​tägigen Trip das Highlight in Punkto Essen gewesen.
Alles war immer super frisch zubereitet, es hat alles sehr sehr gut geschmeckt, auf einzelne Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist ein charmanter junger Mann mit sehr kurzen Haaren und einer Brille der uns jeden Abend persönlich begrüßt hat und sich sogar unsere Vorlieben merken konnte — Outstanding!
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bei unserem nächsten Paris-​Besuch sehr gerne wieder.
Für diejenigen die sich entscheiden nach dem Lesen unseres Reviews dort hinzugehen, bitte denkt dran auch eine dementsprechende Leistung zu honorieren. Denn in Sachen Freundlichkeit, Service und Sauberkeit haben die anderen Restaurants noch ein großes To-​Do!

I’m so torn as to how to leave a review, because the food really was quite good, but the service was so absolutely horrible, that I don’t want to give it more than two stars, especially considering how many great restaurants are in the 10ème.
I understand that European service is different from that of NYC, but our server was so appalling rude that I would have preferred Pizza Hut down the street to being treated like my friend and I were. We didn’t behave like entitled Americans — we asked to be seated outside in French, ordered in French, etc. and yet we still never had drink orders taken (after I asked for a bottle of water, our waiter stormed off versus waiting, where we both would have ordered wine/​beer. When the appetizer came out, he literally dropped it on the table and walked off.
I don’t know what was so offensive about us that he decided to have a huge stick up his ass, but never again, even though the fish and ratatouille I had was fantastic. Compliments to the chef, and the finger to our lovely server.
