³⁄₅ Close to the Gare Montparnass. You can catch an Air France transfer bus from the airport to Gare Montparnass. Hotel is a 10 min walk from Gare Montparnass. The metro station is a 5 minute walk. There are restaurants within walking distance.
Price $$ Overall Free Internet. Fee for continental breakfast. This hotel features one of the friendliest staffs I have ever encountered on the entire planet. Words cannot describe the greatness of their hospitality. Thank you very much for making our stay in Paris such a memorable one!!!

Fabulous boutique hotel located in the 14^th district Mont Parnasse. Modern hotel furnished with contemporary furniture, fixtures and art.
The staff (multilingual) was excellent *****5+ stars***** they were welcoming, attentive and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to make my stay unsurpassed including helping me retrieve my camera after I left it in a taxi on my way to the airport. The staff called the taxi company and located the camera and mailed it back to me. Unbelievable customer service… the best I’ve ever experienced in all of my travels.
Le Fabe is conveniently located near the metro and within walking distance of many nice restaurants/​bakeries and small shops.

Le Fabe is a small boutique hotel located in Montparnasse just a short stroll away from the Pernety Metro stop. (Being new to Paris, I was not familiar with this part of the city but the great reviews for this hotel won us over.) The surrounding area is quaint with an assortment of cafes and restaurants on every street.
From the moment we stepped in the door, we loved Le Fabe’s intimate atmosphere and eclectic décor. We were given the Rugiada room (Italian for «Dew») which was decorated with hints of green and macrophotography of dewdrops. All of the accommodations met our expectations for comfort and convenience.
During our stay, we requested the staff’s assistance frequently for sightseeing suggestions and navigation tips and they were always ready and willing to help. By the end of our stay, they felt more like friends than hotel staff, which was a comfort to us in a country where we did not speak the language.
The combination of being close to a Metro stop and having such excellent staff at our disposal made Le Fabe Hotel the perfect choice for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and feel confident in recommending this place to others. ***See my ‘Across The Pond’ List for a fantastic dining option nearby!***

Based on the staff alone, I rate this hotel five stars. They were so helpful during the booking process, accommodating our early check in request, and making fantastic recommendations during our stay. Definitely some of the most friendly and helpful hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Also a huge plus, the front desk staff speak great English — and it’s a tremendous help to have a little extra help navigating the language differences as I struggle to learn some basic French :)
The rooms are small, but clean, modern and stylish. The location is excellent — with many great restaurants, boulangeries and nice little shops nearby. The metro is just around the corner.
I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
