Les serveurs sont infects, et les prix sont exorbitants pour des jus en conserve et des cafés richards qu’on trouve partout ! Quel attrape touriste… The service is far too rude, even for Paris, and whatever you’re served is not worth half of the exorbitant prices. Flee !

A member of our party had not received his dish. Finally I caught the attention of the waiter to let him know. He made an unhappy face and wandered off, murmuring to himself. Some time later, he returned to tell us there was a mix-up and«il a oublie»(«he» — in the kitchen — had forgotten). Finally the risotto was produced with some weary fanfare but not a word of apology. As for the food? Overpriced, average steak; awful club sandwich; good chicken breast. And terrible risotto.

Quite lovely the staff was attentive and helpful. We encountered no trouble speaking English. My wife had Duck with mild chili pepper and mashed potatoes.(Magre de canard au piment d’Esplette, Purée de pommes de terre) I had Beef cooked in red wine, mashed potatoes(Fondant de boeuf a la Bourguignonne, purée de pommes de terre) both we exquisite. I highly recommend this establishment.

It was our first meal in Paris and it was a great one. The place is located at an intersection and so it is a busy area. The waiter was great, as he spoke some english, the food was excellent, a bit pricey, but worth it!

We are in Paris for a month and we’ve been to Le Grand Bar 3 times. The escargots are fantastic and the moules de la crème(mussels with crème)…to die for! Or you can get them prepared with curry or marinier, also good, the crème is the best, in my opinion. You get a big pot for 13 € 50. I’ve also had their salad and they are also good. The service is great as well. We’ve been there when there’s only 1 waiter and he worked his ass off. I highly recommend this place if you love mussels. They know how to make them here. You can also ask for an English menu. The staff speaks some English and they are so nice and helpful. This place is a gem. Nearest Metro is Cluny-La Sorbonne.

Quite possibly the best place we have ever had dinner at in Paris. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. Our waiter was simply amazing. We had a brilliant table next to the open partition and the view out over the busy streets was picturesque. They have a great classical Parisian menu with a few new twists. I personally had the Burgundy escargot and steak tartar and both were the best I have ever had. Everyone in our party was well impressed and we will be back next time we are in Paris.

Une balade dans Paris, mais quelques gouttes de pluie !! Vite une envie de boire un chocolat ou manger une salade: c’est la bonne adresse. Le service est rapide et agréable. La salade chèvre noix: une salade fraîche et assaisonnée juste comme il faut, les chèvres sont moelleux et tièdes recouverts de fine chapelure de noix. Pour une petite faim c’est le bon choix.

On y déguste une cuisine savoureuse et raffinée, en profitant d’une ambiance musicale, où deux musiciens-chanteurs-Dj vous font revivre les plus grands succès planétaire. L’endroit idéal pour passer une excellente soirée.
