This place is awful! I’m usually a guy who focuses on the positives but there isn’t anything positive to say about this place. Food is bad, drinks are bad but above all the service is just dreadful!!! The two women working there are so rude and mean! They insulted me(I know I don’t speak the language) but when I made an attempt to communicate they yelled at me. In conclusion if you are going to serve bad food, bad drinks at least make up for it with your service. First bad review I have ever written and 0 stars! Hope they treat people better here for future tourists but until then avoid this place.

Out of everywhere I’ve eaten in Paris, this had to be the most un-touristy, perfect little place that we dined at. We got there when they opened, the interior is effortlessly adorable. The guy running the place was a total sweetheart, and I saw him walk back to the kitchen with a bushel of fresh produce… Swoon. His behavior was somewhere alonng the lines of Roberto Benigni in Life is Beautiful. He seriously danced around the empty restaurant with my grandma and kissed her on the cheek. He informed us that his daughter had just made everything from the quiche, to the dessert. The food was flawless, I’d eat there every day if I could. It came with bread, dessert, and a pitcher of water at a very small price. C’est tres bien.

We stumbled onto this place after visiting Notre Dame. It was after lunch time so it wasn’t busy at all. The gentleman that ran the place was very sweet and attentive. We ordered quiche and I am not a fan to begin with. The atmosphere was cozy and romantic. The tables were old singer sewing machines. My Two Cents: Nothing spectacular. Good to average food.

Le Petit Plateau est le paradis de la pâtisserie en tous genres, accompagnées d’une tasse de café ou de thé à l’heure du quatre heure ou du dessert… Dans un petit commerce de charme, les prix y sont attractifs et sucré comme le sont ici les douceurs à déguster. Un palais de la gourmandise qui mérite d’être connu pour les gourmands, et les autres également !

Né mérite pas de se nommer Salon de Thé Un salon de thé né sachant pas faire un bon thé pourtant lorsque l’on utilise le thé Mariage Frères dont la qualité n’est plus à faire on apprend au moins la base de l’art du thé. Dans cet établissement le sachet de thé est mis à même la tasse et on vous apporte à côté une minuscule thèière, le tout en porcelaine blanche très ordinaire: 4,50 € le thé, à ce prix là dans un vrai salon de thé, on vous sert du thé en vrac et non en infusette dans un joli service à thé et avec le sourire, ce qui n’était pas le cas. Certes, il était 15h lorsque la personne qui m’accompagnait demanda une salade composée choisi sur la carte affichée à l’extérieur, pour s’entendre répondre«bon, je vais vous la faire» sous entendu c’est vraiment exceptionnel à cette heure ci ! Nous étions installés en terrasse(2 tables sur le trottoir) mais le cadre est agréable: face à l’Ile Saint-Louis sauf que la table n’a pas été essuyée avant le service donc on a gardé la poussière ! et bien sur pas de set de table ou petit chose qui rend si agréable un vrai salon de thé.
