My wife, daughter, and I stopped here after a long day of sight seeing and were looking for good meal and were greeted by a very nice friendly host. We were then greeted by a very rude, obnoxious waiter who had a lot of attitude before we opened our mouth. He seemed to be in quite a rush and seemed very annoyed at our lack of command of the French language, even after we pointed to the items on the menu that we wanted he seemed very angry and walked away. We got up and walked out. It surprises me that someone who works so close to a tourist attraction has no patients for paying patrons who don’t speak the language. I would not recommend this place to anyone because of terrible treatment from our waiter.

Was hesitant to eat here due to the mixed reviews. However we were really impressed with the food. It was not anything that made us walk out sighing but it was still very good. Prices were very reasonable and the menus were available in English. The wait staff was very pleasant and we had a great time interacting with them. The crème brûlée was out of this world!!! It’s definitely a place I recommend if you are in the tracedero area and can’t decide what to eat.

This place was right down from our hotel and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and right accross from a subway entrance. It is really small and trendy it seems. They always seem to have a crowd no matter the weather. One day when we passed during lunchtime, we saw they had some seats open inside.
We stopped in and so glad we did. I had a great quiche de fromage and some coffee. Their coffee was to die for. I wish I could get coffee like this in the US, but no can do.
Our waiter was very tentative and on point. So glad we stopped in.

Not impressed. I guess I was expecting a bit much as an American. The croissants were delicious.

I happened to pick a great dish. A dish that you cannot go wrong with of course, grilled lamb chops served with fries. My friends who ordered the faux filet with pepper sauce seemed pretty satisfied with their meal. The other two who ordered fish said it was just ok.
Our food did take a while though! And by a while I mean, people who were seated «after» us received their food before our table!
I’m rating 4 stars, since the free Wifi kept everyone busy and the great location makes up for the ok service.

Four of us went in, on a low budget trip we planned to share our meals but we weren’t allowed to do so. Each of us have to order at least a meal. Bread was served as usual but the owner took it away rudely as we took our time deciding on the menu. WORST experience, avoid it if you can

On est arrivé avec un poussette. On s’est fait mettre dehors, alors qu’on né gênait personne et que le café était moitié vide. La brasserie parisienne telle qu’on la déteste.

Restaurant entre amis.
Chacun avait pris un plat différent (viandes, tartare, pâtes).
Plats bon. Mais pour le confis de canard l’accompagnement était absent.
Le service était un peu long mais les serveurs très agréables!
Bonne adresse avec un bon rapport qualité/​prix pour le quartier!

Best salads in Paris and most friendly staff I’ve encountered in France for a long time. Nothing was a problem. Highly recommended

The food was nice !!! But the host of the restaurant did it all, we had a great personality, he was super nice to my daughter, our waiter was nice too, he spoke English and Spanish !! That is great !!! We need it to use the bathroom and that is the reason we came to the restaurant, bathrooms are clean. Now back to the Eiffel Tower to continue out day.
There is wifi too!!! That it’s great I was able to call home using skype :)

J’y suis allé deux fois. La première pour un évènement sportif qui s’est déroulé au Trocadéro où le restaurant était partenaire. Nous étions servis vite, la nourriture était pas mal, les serveurs gentils.
Pour 15 € le menu, c’est très intéressant vu l’arrondissement où ils sont situés.
La deuxième fois, c’est-à-dire il y a environ 1 mois, je n’ai pas eu un bon souvenir. Une heure à attendre avant que l’on soit servi (alors que le restaurant n’était pas plein, ils nous avaient juste oubliés), serveur apparemment stressé en raison de l’absence de son sourire, nous pose (ou plutôt nous jette doucement) nos plats, né fait pas attention où il les met (Une corbeille de pain sur mon téléphone… Ce n’est pas grave, il n’est pas cassé, mais en terme de service, j’ai connu mieux, mais passons).
À la fin, le patron est venu lui-​même s’excuser, ce qui était plutôt sympa, pas beaucoup auront fait cette démarche, et nous as offert le café (en le négociant par contre).
On a dire que ce n’était pas le bon jour, mais ce n’est pas le restaurant que je recommanderai en premier.

We really wanted to avoid eating here because it’s a tourist trap, but it was the most reasonable price around… unfortunately, it still wasn’t worth it because of the terrible service and food. My chicken was really dry, the terrine was almost inedible, and our server wanted us out of there fast. He also assumed we all wanted the same dessert without asking each of us individually.
Just avoid this place if you can.

We knew it was a tourist trap, but we were tired, hungry and sick in the cold, rainy weather. Service was nice. The wait for our food was pretty long. The French onion soup was good but had a lil burnt taste. The snails were ok. We walked around and didn’t see anything else that caught our attention but if you have time, I’d suggest you look further. Free wifi was good.

Avoid. Attracted by relatively low prices. Unfortunately you get what you pay for. Onion soup and Quiche were very mediocre. To add insult to injury, the waiter acted like the service was not included (it is). Rather than cause a scene, I left an additional tip. Will not go back.

Nice restaurant with a good view. Their steaks are delicious. The price are also very reasonable, 15 euros for a three-​course prix-​fixe dinner, which already includes VAT and service.

Brasserie de qualité comme on aime!
Sur la place de Trocadéro, rapport qualité/​prix imbattable pour le 16ème! Le maître d’hôtel chaleureux avec un sens de l’humour sympa. Nous avons pris le menu à 15EUR, entrée terrine maison, plat poulet rôti (chaire tendre avec du goût) avec frites, dessert glacé à la fraise: un délice! L’ensemble copieux et de qualité, Cadre agréable, service sympa et efficace. Nous sommes servi par Julien, super pro, discret et minutieux, rien né lui écharpe, parfois vous n’avez même pas besoin de demander, il vous apporte déjà ce dont vous avez besoin. Excellente adresse à partager!

C’est un café très jolie!
Leur crème brûlée est délicieuse ;)
