What a fantastic new kid on the vintage block! I randomly discovered this beautiful shop literally bursting at the seams with vintage clothes, jewelry, furniture and random home accessories(there’s even a 50s mannequin whose curves resemble those of Joan from Mad Men) while exploring the area in search of fabrics to make some blinds. While I didn’t find the fabrics of my dream, I did pick up an incredible hand-knitted patchwork blanket from a stack of incredible designs that the owner found while prowling for stuff along the Swiss border, the region that she’s originally from. The blanket was exactly what I needed to add a bit of handmade funky, color to my bedroom and sofa, and also keep my mama warm during her visits. Every where your eyes land there’s something amazing, be it a 70s disco chandelier, a vintage Theirry Mugler party dress, a giant map of Africa or a pile of beaded jewelry by an American designer that the owner reps exclusively in Paris. All in all, one of those stores that exudes personality and great taste. Plus the owner is a doll.
