I buy a pair of frames at Lunette Optique every time I am in Paris (which is not all that often!) This is a family run shop with the most amazing selection of frames from all the Paris design houses and beyond, as well as custom frames designed by the owner. Her son runs the shop now with their little pooch. The service is top-​notch and friendly and the whole selection process is always fun. Don’t expect a bargain but expect to show up at home with your new specs and get compliments all day long. You won’t find glasses like this in one spot anywhere else in the world!

We were recently in Paris and an eyeglass pad on my glasses broke. We stopped in this shop as it was nearby and I loved his cute little dog. The nice owner fixed them for free! How incredibly nice, that goes a long way to making up for my brother getting his wallet stolen on the Champs Elysee. And, they have a fabulous collection of really unique frames.
