Mary’s Hôtel

Horrible! Do NOT stay here. The rooms have massive ant issues and the management is completely unwilling to do anything about it. After waking up to find ants in my room for the second day (yeah, I get it, ants are normal, blah, blah), I was completely disgusted to find them in my bed, belongings, and in my specialty chocolate (unopened, in packaging) bought from Germany that was stored in the third shelf of the closet, not the floor. $ 30 in chocolate ruined.
When I asked to speak to the manager they basically told me he comes in whenever and I could sit and wait for him to come in. Yeah right, why should I have to waste two hours of my day to rectify their problem?! I was livid. The front desk guys were completely worthless, telling me it was my fault for having sweets in my room (again, unopened, not being eaten), even though multiple people in my group had sweets with no issues. There was no attempt whatsoever to offer a solution, just basically putting the blame on me and telling me to wait until some unknown time for a manager.
Between the bug problem (and yes, ants are BUGS which they emphatically denied), the crap breakfast (10 euro for yogurt and croissant, a complete rip off!!), the questionable cleanliness of the rooms, this place doesn’t even deserve one star. If your cheap and want to leave with some uninvited guests in your belongings, then this place is for you!

Bön hôtel, bon rapport qualité prix
Une bonne adresse qui comporte des chambres pour 3 et 4 personnes, appréciable quand on se déplace en famille ou entre «amis en nombre». les chambres pour 4 sont grandes et spacieuses, la notre donnait sur cour intérieure et était très calme ! propreté: très bien. Déco: simple et récente. Accueil en journée super sympathique. seul bémol le petit déjeuner, simple, jus d’orange acide, café soluble, et surtout au moins ¼h d’attente pour avoir droit à son plateau !

Me enviaron a otro lado
Hola, mi crítica a este sitio es porque después de reservar telefónicamente (1 mes antes), el día que llegué allí no había ninguna reserva. Me enviaron a otro hotel (Basfroi), que es humilde-​cutre, pero si tengo que elegir ese a lo mejor me lo pienso. Así que cuidado.

Un hôtel avec un personnel très sympa. N’hésitez pas à vous y arrêter vous serez toujours bien accueilli. De plus, le quartier est vraiment super. L’hôtel est à côté de tout…
