The best service you could possibly ask for. Super friendly staff that will do anything to help you out. Not only did the optician call my health insurance firm to get a quote (something they had refused to give me and said I needed to send them a paperwork by mail in order to get one), she dealt with all the papers and made sure I had as little to do as possible.
My glasses were ready the next day, as well as my lenses and they offered to cash my cheque after I have been reimbursed by health insurance so I’m not out of pocket.
What’s more, the selection of frames and sunglasses is so chic and classic making the normally painful finding the perfect frames an easy task.
And last but not least, it’s called Optique et Chocolat for a reason: you leave with piles of chocolate in your hand.
