after walking out of two cafes in montmartre which were pretty filthy, we popped into this local pizza shop looking for a quick bite. pizza is a ubiquitous meal. it tastes the same no matter where you get it by and large. not here. somehow, this place manages to butcher the art of pizza-making. we ordered the«meat lover» pizza, which consisted of(in all seriousness) ONE slice of salami(cut in half) ONE slice of pepperoni(cut in half) and ONE slice of prosciutto(cut in half). it was comical how pathetic this pizza looked. the only thing more pathetic than the appearance was the taste. it made little caesars taste gourmet. we sided our pizza with a cup of french onion soup, which was bland and flavorless and could’ve been confused for a microwaved cup of water with ramen noodle seasoning stirred in. it was especially disheartening because we soon realized our fate in montmartre: either eat at one of the bazillion clone french«cafes» or suck down embarrassingly awful pizza. go elsewhere for sustenance.

Good and affordable pizzeria! I had the salmon pizza with smoked salmon and really enjoyed it! Very nice personnel so would certainly come back :)

C’est bon, le cadre est bien mais rien exceptionnel non plus. Le garçon de salle était au four et au moulin et manquait un peu de sympathie. Les prix sont corrects pour l’endroit

We had a lovely time eating yummy pizza at Pizza Florenza. The guys who work there are Italian and very friendly. They have giant beers that don’t cost an arm and a leg. Their pizzas come in one size, which I’d say is perfect for two people. They also have pastas and other italian food options. Nice place to sit outside after the sun goes down at the basillica.
