The best southwestern cuisine in Paris. I tried several of them, that’s the one I always come back to. Try the duck filet, it’s out of this world. I love their ‘garbure’(a stew with beans and sausages, heavy), and their goose liver pâté is melting in the mouth. They serve it on traditional French countryside toasted bread, absolutely delicious. The wines are great. The floor is always full, if you don’t book a couple hours in advance you will be politely turned away or will have to wait. A bit pricey.
